March Against Monsanto

Expecting a crowd of 1000 people, the organizers of The March Against Monsanto in Oakland, CA (pictured below in the photo of three women - one of whom is wearing antennas), were excited to use pedal power to amplify their message.  As a community advocating for transparency in food labeling, organic food, and democratic people power, they knew that a pedal power sound system would have an inherent resonance with the content it was ampliying, helping the messages spoken at the microphone resound at a deeper level. To maximize clarity and coverage, Studio Ecotopia provided a 6-point surround sound system to encompass the audience.
